My experience here was nothing short of amazing! Shoutout Joshua S!! I am an outdoor travel content creator, and my tires have seen some pretty rough Terrain over the last few months. I came here because my wheels were making a screeching noise and I didn’t have the tools to fix it. Josh worked on my car for over an hour and a half, And found a plastic piece that was rubbing on my right rear wheel, he also found another piece that was loose and fixed it. He also inflated my tires to the correct air pressure and tightened all the bolts To the right torque. At the end of all of it, he handed me a bill for ZERO DOLLARS…. I was completely astonished and said you’re joking, but he said nope we just like to help! All of the employees were kind and timely as well. 10 out of 10 experience here if I lived in this area, I would never go anywhere else to get my tire work done. Thank you guys so much!!!

So my story goes something like this... As I wake up on a beautiful Friday morning, there are birds chirping, squirrels barking, and the sun is shining at its full potential. All of sudden I notice there is 8mm roofing screw in the rear passenger tire of my sunburnt Silverado. There are many stressful thoughts that come to mind... How is it holding air? How can I afford to fix this with all of the stresses of life? That road trip isn't gonna happen today. These thoughts dwell relentlessly over the next 24 hours. Saturday morning I wake up, the same birds, Squirrels, and suns inferno has not changed. However my mindset has... Lets cross this bridge and figure it out with high hopes. The wife and I end up at Les Schwab on busy Saturday Afternoon... These kind, professional, and helping employees help us out with all the information and hard work, we needed to get us back on the road again. Les Schwab has always been there for our community with more than amazing services, helping hands, and over the top moral values. Thank you Les Schwab for everything you guys and gals have ever done, does, and will do. Sincerely, a stressed out husband now with a better outlook on life. 🫡

I don't know why I haven't reviewed 17th St. Les Schwab sooner. My husband and I both have come here for years and I have never had a single complaint about any of the wide variety of services we've received. The basics, such as buying truck tires or rotations are always speedy and they are totally honest about their inspections or which tires are best for us amd never try to needlessly upsell us. We come in for pre-trip inspections, patching tires, alignments, you name it and they are always fast. My most recent tire rotation was a pop in while I was over on that side of town and they quoted me an hour and half, it was done in less than 45! Any services we need done are always very reasonably priced compared to other shops. When my husband was deployed I needed a new set of tires on my personal pickup, I was stressed to go in and have done what my husband and I would normally go in and do together. The owner was in, and had remembered me from past visits. I explained to him why I was in by myself and he was so kind and even offered me a military discount on the tires without being asked. I will always recommend. We live in Rigby now, but this Les Schwab is worth the trip.

I came to balance & rotate my tires and was a little discouraged to be told they could couldn’t complete this service because my tires were too low on tread. After about two hours I came back with the warranty and invoice with my tires I originally purchased. Anthony T. Was phenomenal with getting me in and out and taken care of despite me feeling like a Karen with my tire issues. He listened to all of my needs and insured I was taken care of at the right price and got me back on the road with a new set of tires! My second time with Les Schwab and I will keep coming back! Thank you Anthony!
